KoalaBlu uses Australia Post Only…fees vary for each country.
US standard rate from $30USD to $35USD. Express international $85USD
Shipping times
Estimated shipping times from dispatch are as follows:
- Within Australia: 2-7 business days.
- International (Australia Post): Up to 15 business days.
Please note that courier delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed.
Shipment Delays
Please note that couriers might experience shipping delays for reasons that is beyond our knowledge as a seller.
If a delivery is rejected due to customer error and returned to us, we can arrange a redelivery. However please note that an additional shipping fee will apply, which must be covered by the customer.
In the rare circumstance that a parcel is missing, KoalaBlu can assist to contact the courier to locate it. Investigation times vary by service and the resolution will depend on the report findings. KoalaBlu can not be held responsible for deliveries once they have left our office.
International Import Fees & Duties
- All online prices DO NOT cover overseas duties (including import GST/VAT), clearance or handling charges, and other potential customs or import fees.
- Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are NOT included in the delivery cost.
- Prior to purchasing, it's advisable to check with your country's customs service.
- We regret to inform you that no reimbursement will be offered for international duties and handling charges.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order anytime before it has been processed. Once an order is in the processing stage, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests, due to the Personalisation on each Bag.
- Upon canceling your order you will receive a full refund to your method of payment within 5 business days
PLEASE NOTE:
When using a PO BOX or Military Address for delivery, we only use Australia Post.
If we feel that your order may be at risk of being stolen , we send by Australia Post, and add “A signature is required on Delivery”. This will make the delivery safer and is at no extra cost to the customer.
When ordering, its always advantageous to add your phone number, this helps with tracking.
