Our raffia bags are made from sustainably sourced woven raffia, ensuring durability and eco-friendliness. Each bag is hand-painted, making it a unique piece designed just for you.

Raffia is one of the most sustainable materials in the fashion industry. The raffia palm thrives well only when the fronds are carefully hand-pruned rather than fully stripped from the tree. 

Different species of raffia palm can be found around the world in parts of Southeast Asia, and South and Central America, with the very best flourishing in the coastal valleys of Madagascar.

On the product page, simply enter the initials or name you'd like hand-painted on your bag in the provided areas. We’ll take care of the rest, creating a truly one-of-a-kind accessory!

Koala Blu carefully hand-paints a maximum of 3 letters of your choice on the front of the bag in capitals. Please be aware that hand-painting may cause slight variations in each letter.

Yes, we have a bracelet for each zodiac sign! Each piece is designed with your sign’s unique energy in mind, making it the perfect personalised accessory or gift for astrology enthusiasts.

ALL orders are treated as a priority. Koala Blu sends out orders the next day if possible and uses a Courier Service or/and Australia Post. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days. 

We ship internationally and use Australia Post. Delivery time depends on the country the order is being sent to, but allow 10-15 days for delivery. 

We accept returns for non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Unfortunately, personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Absolutely! Add gift-wrapping at checkout, and we’ll package your item beautifully for any occasion.
